This Fulfillment Policy describes how Elequate LLC ("Elequate," "we," "us," or "our") delivers our coaching and training services, and outlines our policies regarding refunds and cancellations.
Service Delivery
Online Lead Certification (OLC) Program
Upon enrollment in our OLC program:
- Immediate Access: Course materials are delivered digitally through our learning platform (Teachable). You receive access credentials within 24 hours of payment confirmation.
- Self-Paced Learning: Complete coursework at your own pace. Course access remains active for the duration of your subscription.
- Certification: Upon successful completion of all modules and assessments, you receive your Online Lead Certification.
Platform Access
Our platform services (Agent Scoring, Performance Dashboards, Practice Lab, etc.) are delivered as follows:
- Account Setup: Account access is provisioned within 24 hours of subscription activation.
- CRM Integration: Follow Up Boss and other CRM integrations are configured during your onboarding call, typically within 1-3 business days.
- Ongoing Access: Platform access continues for the duration of your active subscription.
Coaching Services
Coaching sessions are scheduled and delivered as follows:
- Scheduling: Sessions are scheduled through our calendar system based on availability.
- Delivery: Coaching sessions are conducted via Zoom video conference.
- Recordings: Sessions may be recorded for your reference (with consent).
- Rescheduling: Please provide at least 24 hours notice to reschedule a session.
Subscription Plans
Monthly Subscriptions
Monthly subscriptions are billed at the beginning of each billing cycle. You may cancel at any time, and your access continues until the end of your current billing period.
Annual Subscriptions
Annual subscriptions are billed once per year in advance. Annual plans typically include a discount compared to monthly billing.
Team Plans
Team subscriptions include access for multiple users. Adding or removing team members may affect your billing. Contact us for team plan adjustments.
Refund Policy
30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee: If you're not satisfied with our services within the first 30 days of your initial subscription, we'll provide a full refund. Contact us at support@elequate.io to request a refund.
Refund Eligibility
- New Subscribers: Full refund available within 30 days of initial purchase.
- Annual Plans: Pro-rated refunds may be available for annual subscriptions cancelled after 30 days, at our discretion.
- Monthly Plans: No refunds for monthly subscriptions after the 30-day satisfaction period. You may cancel to prevent future charges.
- One-Time Purchases: Course purchases or one-time fees are non-refundable after access has been granted.
Non-Refundable Items
- Coaching sessions that have been delivered
- Course materials once accessed
- Setup or onboarding fees
- Add-on services that have been rendered
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund:
- Email support@elequate.io with your account email and reason for the refund request.
- We will review your request within 3 business days.
- Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Cancellation Policy
How to Cancel
You may cancel your subscription at any time by:
- Emailing support@elequate.io
- Contacting your account manager
- Using the cancellation option in your account settings (if available)
Effect of Cancellation
- Your access continues until the end of your current billing period.
- No further charges will be made after cancellation.
- Data associated with your account may be retained for a limited period per our Privacy Policy.
- You may reactivate your subscription at any time.
Cancelling Coaching Sessions
Individual coaching sessions must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours notice may be forfeited.
Service Modifications
We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue features of our Services. If we make material changes that significantly reduce the value of your subscription, we will:
- Provide advance notice when possible
- Offer alternatives or credits where appropriate
- Allow cancellation without penalty
Technical Issues
If you experience technical issues accessing our Services:
- Contact support@elequate.io for assistance.
- We aim to resolve technical issues within 24-48 hours.
- Extended outages (more than 72 hours) may qualify for service credits.
Disputes
If you believe you have been incorrectly charged or have a billing dispute:
- Contact us first at billing@elequate.io.
- Provide your account details and description of the issue.
- We will investigate and respond within 5 business days.
We encourage resolving disputes directly with us before initiating a chargeback with your payment provider.
